Ok.. Here's all the info on commissioning me.. I bet i missed something!
The boring stuff...
-I reserve the right to decline any commission request without question.
-I reserve the right to adjust the pricing on a request before I start the commission, depending on difficulty / time scale etc.
-You are free to use your commissioned piece as you see fit, for layouts etc. You are not required to link back or credit, but it would be appreciated. However, you may NOT claim the piece as your own. I reserve the rights to the artwork and you may not make money from it.
-I reserve the right to display a commissioned piece on my Deviant ART gallery. If the piece is an original character of yours etc, then all credit will be given to you accordingly. (If you have any problems with me displaying the artwork then just tell me.)
-Regular commissions are NOT to be used for anything like:
Book illustrations, covers, or any other publishing that depicts the artwork or

Rules
:bulletred:First of all I have the right to display commissioned works here on dA or other websites, of course I will always give you credit for your character or characters.
:bulletred:In return please give me credit for the drawing, don't claim it as your own and DO NOT use for commercial purposes!
:bulletred:Any kind of reference is welcomed (photos, drawings, sketches, you name it). The more information you give me about what you want me to draw the better (obviously).
:bulletred:Please be patient! Usually it takes me quite a while to finish a drawing, even more so if it's very detailed, has a complex background, and so on.
:bulletred:Payment will be made via Paypal.
:bulletred:I will start drawing once I recive payment.
:bulletred:In case of both traditional and digital artworks you will recive a big 300dpi image.

I'm opening commissions for a little bit! All the official info can be found here: http://charlie140588.deviantart.com/journal/12305519/ but in a big, short and sweet nutshell these are the types I'm offering:
BUST / WAIST UP: £110 = $180

Basically: I can receive money through Western Union.
  For sending money by this system all you need is an ID(ausweis, passport, identity card -  kinda inner country document, it's called differently in different countries) and anyplace that has Western Union. Here on WesternUnion site is good solution about all this: http://www.westernunion.com/us/send-money/send-money-in-person.page?
  It is not so difficult.
Also you can do payment on-line, just as PayPal.
All this is becouse here in my country we cant't work with PayPal normally.

1. Non-commercial use only; if you wish to resell/reproduce and/or you run a business, please tell me to get my permission and invoice ^^
2. I paint in my own style and I rather not imitate others unless you have a proper reason;
