Hiii so here's my finished Geisha painting. :>

The portrait offers a standard and comfortable position with a nice crop of the lower torso. The use of black to cloud the lower body is a nice technique that engages the viewer more than if the subject ended at the bottom of the page. The values are well rendered across the entire piece. Although it may be simply artist preference, the facial structures seem more gestured at then actually depicted, the area around the lips specifically that in the pursed position may demand more attention. The background brings the subject forth and makes the palette chosen for the skin welcoming. Nicely done piece.
